Terms and Conditions

This booking will be serviced by Champion Auto Sales & Rentals Limited, having a registered office in Reading, Montego Bay, St.James, Jamaica.
In case of booking disputes. The customer shall contact Champion Auto Sales & Rentals Limited at 00 1 876345-6685.

Insurance Coverage
Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)
It is included in your rental amount. Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability up to USD 16000 limited amount for bodily injury and property damage.
In case of accident / damage and theft, the customer will pay the full damage amount at the rental desk and we will provide the customer with documentation / proof so that they can claim refund from their own insurance. 
In the event of total loss, the customer is expected to pay the full cost up to the vehicle value.
Please Note: 1. In the case of theft or fire, the client must contact the police and report the incident immediately, and submit a copy of the police report, the rental agreement and the Vehicles keys to the rental location. For details please check with the supplier on collection of the Vehicle.

Transferable Insurance Coverage
The following insurance type(s) Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Waiver (THW), Third Party Liability (TPL) is (are) not included in the rental amount.
We doesn’t accept any Credit card or Third Party Insurances, in case of any damage, the complete damage will be charged to the customer at the rental desk.
We will provide the customer with documentation / proof so that they can claim refund from their own insurance.

Driver’s Age
The minimum driver’s age is 18 years and the maximum driver age is 75 years.

A young driver surcharge of USD 20 per day will apply for drivers aged from 18 to 25 years.
A senior driver surcharge of USD 20 per day will apply for drivers aged from 70 to 75 years.

Driver’s License
Drivers must hold a full and valid license for at least 6 months with no major endorsements. A valid ID card and passport would be required at time of pick up.|
Driving licenses issued in the US, Canada and Australia are accepted without international driving license.
All driving licenses which have been issued within the European Community will be accepted.
All National driving licenses in the Roman Alphabet and in a credit card format that are subject to the list of contracting parties to the convention on road traffic in Vienna will be accepted.
All other National driving licenses must be accompanied by a valid International Drivers Permit in Roman alphabet. International driver license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
Drivers must also show their passports or ID on collection as additional proof of identity.

Fees
Airport fee is included in the rates.

Other fees:
You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines and other penalties incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The rental office will pass the relevant charges on to you plus any administrative expenses (if applicable).
Early Returns/Unused Rental Days
No refunds (partial or full) will be given for rentals ended early including the purchase of ancillary items, late collections, no shows or cancellations made after the rental start date. 

Fuel Policy
You have to return the vehicle with same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel missing fuel will be charged in addition to a refueling charge on your return. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.

Mileage Policy
Unlimited

Cross Border Travel
Cross border travel is not allowed.

Ferry Travel
Taking the rented vehicle on ferry is not allowed.
Tax Rate
Tax is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, tax would be levied separately.
Payment Methods and Deposit
Only American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards are accepted and must be on the main renter’s name while paying at the rental desk.
Any other payment method is not accepted.
Cash and debit cards are not accepted.

Deposit
Only credit cards are accepted for deposit.
A refundable deposit varying from USD 500 to USD 2500 (depending on the vehicle groups) will be held from the credit card at the time of rental until the vehicle is returned.
Delivery and Collection
This service is only on request and must be booked at the time of reservation.
Delivery and collection service is available inside Montego Bay - Urban areas only for an additional charge of USD 50 per service. Please contact the supplier for more details.
Out of Hours
Out of hour’s pick up and drop off is available for an additional charge of USD 150 per service.
Grace Period
Supplier may allow a grace period for vehicle pick up / return at his own discretion.
Supplier will deny to give you the rental vehicle in case you are not able to rent the vehicle during the grace period.
Additional charges will apply in case you are late to return the vehicle or return the vehicle at the rental desk beyond your drop off time/check in time.

Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipment’s depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
